Altitude training is a great way to kick start you’re weight loss journey or take your existing fitness to a new high. Our facility can be used like a normal gym and you can train when and as often as you like. Either by yourself, with your personal trainer or in one of our group training sessions. Our accredited altitude trainers can develop a training program for you to become lighter and fitter than doing the same workout you would do in an ordinary gym.
